These jugs are hand thrown in Kate Brigden's garden studio in Sussex, England. This pattern is called 'RYE' each one is hand-painted making each one a little unique!
Each piece is made on a pottery wheel and then left to dry a little, the underside is then trimmed and tidied. It is then left to dry out and ready for it's first firing. Once fired it is then dipped in glaze and hand-painted with Kate's patterns. The piece is then ready for it's final firing in the kiln.
Things to know:
Size (Approximate) Height 5.5cm, Diameter at top 6cm.
This range is made from high fired stoneware clay, it is hard-wearing, suitable for microwaves and dishwashers.
Each piece is handmade on a pottery wheel and then hand-painted so there may be slight variation in size and colour. As this item is not factory made, there may be very minor imperfections.
